In December 2009, Allred filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court District Of Wyoming.
Allred Declared he had between 50 and 99 creditors, with liabilities totaling between $500,001 and $1,000,000, while declaring assets valued between $100,001 and $500,000.
Allred declared his assets totaled $402,310, while his liabilities totaled $554,317.28.
On March 24, 2010, Allred’s bankruptcy was granted and he no longer had to pay back his debts.

1991 Bankruptcy Case:
In December 1991, Allred filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court District Of Utah.
The case lasted over three months and the details of the creditors and liabilities are not available.
In March 1992, Allred’s Bankruptcy was granted and he no longer had to pay back his debts.
